Project Leader

The Project Leader is the single point of contact for the client and champions the mandate in the market. They are the senior members of the team and challenge Thirteen10 and the client to devliver the best possible outcome

Mapping & Sourcing

Sourcing the best talent in the market requires a multifaceted approach. Alongside an extensive network Thirteen10 use modern search tools, Linkedin Recruiter, direct marketing and numerous job boards to target passive and active job seekers. Ensuring the brief is understood and challenged.

Screening & EVP

Effective screening is where Thirteen10 add true value and demonstrate their knowledge. Screening against agreed competencies, skills, qualification and cultural fit. This process is also used to present our client as an "Employer of Choice" through a professional EVP.

Shortlist Video Presentation

Clients watch a brief video of the candidate answering pre agreed questions alongside reviewing their CV. They offer efficiency and an inclusive assessment while allowing the client to assess the candidates personal presentation gaining far greater insight than a CV can offer

ED&I Monitoring Presentation

Each project receives a full breakdown on the diversity of the process. From applicants, direct approaches and the audience marketed too. The data cannot be attributed to a specific applicant but demonstrates the openness and fairness of each process while highlighting any issues or challenges.
